* Given are the safe depot prices following the standard procedures (cryopreservation, 9 cryovials, yearly viability check and subculture sending, no morphological or molecular characterization), please note that modifications of the procedure are available on request.

Each order of biological material is subject to a handling, packaging, shipping and bank fee of:

  • 15,00 EUR for orders within Belgium
  • 30,00 EUR for orders within the EU and Zwitserland
  • 45,00 EUR for orders within the rest of the world 

Ordering information and material transfer agreement

How to submit an order

Orders should be written, preferably by e-mail using your company's or institute's e-mail account. Please mention a purchase order number in your e-mail (or attach your purchase order) if required by your Financial Department. Biological materials will not be shipped to private addresses.

* The BCCM/DCG customer number is mentioned on the delivery note following the first order.

Specifications to be mentioned in the order form/letter for sample supply

For strains from the public collection, please specify:

  • the exact identification of the requested materials (species name and DCG accession number);
  • the invoice address if different from the shipping address;
  • in case of payement by credit card: name of credit card holder, credit card number, expiry date 
  • your international courier account number (DHL, FedEx,...) if you want to use your own courier in which the transport costs will be charged directly to your account
  • VAT number (Value Added Tax), if existing

The release and the use of biological material from the public BCCM/DCG collection are subject to the terms of the  BCCM Material Transfer Agreement.
